An experimental project emulating a cinematic opening title sequence for a psychological thriller. With a color palette of green, orange, turquoise, and brown, paired with a classical symphonic score, the sequence creates an atmospheric tension. While the visuals are fictional, the symphony title and composer are real, adding a layer of authenticity to the experience.

Sonata of the East

Is an experimental project aimed at creating a cinematic opening for a historical series. Shot with a Fujifilm XT-4, I focused on lighting, camera movement, and color grading to give it an ancient, mysterious vibe, using warm yellows and oranges alongside dark shades. Oriental music enhances the atmosphere. All titles are fictional except for the composer’s name. Edited and color-graded in Davinci Resolve.

الله محيي شوارعك (God Bless Your Streets) by Rasas Band expresses deep homesickness and nostalgia for loved ones and the homeland. Filmed in Lebanon in 2014 with my cousin, this was one of my first music video projects. Despite challenges like limited space and equipment, the band chose it as the official video. My other cousin edited it using Adobe Premiere. A memorable experience that marked the beginning of my music video journey.

Drama Concert

Watch the Drama Concert, the grand finale of the 2019 FAMA Festival, hosted by the Canadian Arabic Orchestra. I edited this 2.5-hour concert with 10 cameras, overcoming challenging lighting and color issues using Davinci Resolve. The performance features iconic theme music from beloved Arabic drama series, including the legendary Raafat Al Haggan. It was an intense yet rewarding month-long project, blending technical skill with the power of storytelling.

Animate

Riwaq

Riwaq, a cultural space offering much more than drinks, like theater, cinema, and music events. I used Adobe Illustrator for the design and Adobe After Effects for the animation, focusing on symbols that represent Riwaq’s diverse activities. The project took about two months and highlights the red color in the logo, symbolizing art, sharing, and communication.

Taracom

TARACOM is a project close to my heart, designed to reflect the idea of “accumulation” in both experience and expertise. The logo combines geometric shapes with the Arabic word “تراكم” at the center, symbolizing how our team of four builds on individual skills in media and visual content. I used Illustrator for the design and Cinema 4D for the animation, where simple yet powerful movements bring the shapes together as the logo forms. The red triangle represents media, and the electric “magnetic” movement adds a dynamic touch, all set against a deep purple background.

GT • The Recycling Process

The RIKR 24L Backpack – Recycling Process Animation was my first project with GROUNDTRUTH, showcasing the transformation of plastic waste into the backpack’s fabric. Using Cinema 4D for modeling and After Effects for compositing, I created two versions—one black-and-white 2D and one 3D in color. The process took 3 months and highlighted GROUNDTRUTH’s sustainable practices, including CO2 capture and recycling, to create durable, eco-friendly products.

Dammeh Campaign

The Dammeh Campaign aimed to support 720 Syrian refugee families in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley during the harsh winter of 2016. Partnering with SYRIAN EYES and Jasmine Hilfe, the campaign provided heating essentials to help families survive. I created a 3D animation for the campaign using Cinema 4D, which took me a month and a half to complete. This was my first full 3D project, and through evocative animation, I conveyed the urgency and hope behind the campaign, highlighting the power of collective action in times of crisis.

GT • CO2 Capture

The GROUNDTRUTH CO2 Capture Animation illustrates how CO2 is captured and stored in the company’s GT-OCO-CO2® hardware. Working from Tom’s mood board, I created a 3D animation, adding a blue light emission to convey the energy and reliability of the technology. The animation follows the process of CO2 particles forming and solidifying, eventually integrating into the zipper hardware of a GROUNDTRUTH bag. This project, completed over a month and a half, was my first full 3D animation and showcases the power of animation in bringing complex technological concepts to life.

All I Ask of You

This video for “All I Ask of You” a cover by Nour Khedder and Ramah Mohamed, features a moody, cinematic atmosphere with 3D statue figures, dramatic red and blue lighting, and fog effects. The camera moves slowly through the scene, bringing the song’s themes of love and commitment to life in a visually striking way. Created using After Effects and DaVinci Resolve, this project showcases an emotional, atmospheric interpretation of the classic Phantom of the Opera piece.

Latin & Oriental Fusion

This visualizer fuses Latin and Oriental influences to match the unique rhythm of the song. Using a montage of belly dancer clips edited in DaVinci Resolve, I applied a Kaleidoscope effect in After Effects along with other enhancements. After rendering, I color graded the final piece in DaVinci Resolve, creating a dynamic, hypnotic visual that mirrors the cultural fusion of the track.

The Trip

3D visualizer of “The Trip” by Still Corners was created using Cinema 4D, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. It features a surreal road surrounded by giant figures like crab, lion, and mushrooms, set against a vibrant, cosmic sky. The project captures the song’s dreamy vibe, exploring themes of vastness and wonder in a magical, otherworldly landscape.

Arabesque & Modern Fusion

Visualizer blends modern pop with Arabic influences, using Cinema 4D to create abstract, Arabesque-inspired shapes synchronized with the music. I then composited everything in After Effects and applied effects, followed by color grading in DaVinci Resolve to match the energetic vibe of the song.
